PRICING
Use the following price structure as a guide. Each situation is unique and we personally customize
every agreement. Everything will be discussed in advance and documented before entering into a contract.
We are selective about items we accept. Due to the time it takes for quality auction creation,
maintenance and completion, it is impossible to do mass production and sustain high standards. We require that
potential auction items have an estimated Internet value of $100 or more. If you do not know the value of your items,
call for an appointment and we will quickly establish the Internet value at no cost to you.
The following rate schedule is based on the final auction price of your item. There
are no additional fees.
We pay all eBay fees, financial transaction fees, shipping insurance and packaging costs out of our
commission which equals approximately 10% of the auction gross.
$100-$1000 = 40% Commission
$1001-$2000 = 35% Commission
$2001-$3000 = 30% Commission
$3001-$4000 = 25% Commission
$4001 & up = 20% Commission
For certain coin auctions or collections, our rates will be reduced based on the situation.
ESTATE ASSISTANCE - We will come to estates at no charge (within a reasonable traveling distance) to assist
you in identifying premier shippable items for eBay. The hidden value items are where most estates lose money without even
knowing it. For the larger items we can refer you to other resources and assist you with establishing which items are good for your
own estate sale.
